What Materia doesn't like about Cianci Bistrot Piacenza:
I order a simple lemon tea..., the tea arrives and I realize that the lemon is missing, they bring me the lemon and the sugar is missing, pointing out yet another oversight to the waiter , not even an apology... freezing... .
