I immediately recommend the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms! Among the best I've ever eaten! The cut was excellent and the waiter (perhaps even the owner) was very friendly! I had a catered lunch at the Carmine church in Piacenza. Very questionable service. The poor service girls didn't know how to serve the many customers. I think the owner didn't understand how to organize the management.
