What lebada likes about Noir:
Have been here some years ago, I knew place . I had some chicken but this time I was not impressed the way it tasted. Tasted bad and burned . My friend had ribs and said he will never get same thing again . So maybe the cook had a bad day . I may return , location is nice And decent service . View all feedback.

First time in Piatra Neamt, was guided to go there by all those good reviews on TA. Looks good and all, but when we got out hands on the menu, we were shocked by the prices that were listed. High prices for what they offer. No thanks View all feedback.

Nice restaurant
We enjoyed our meal. Just one point less because the grilled salmon was a bit dry. But the menu is great and the service great
Poor
Waiter left us alone. It was extremelly difficult to order anything. Wine was served too late, water not at all, beef poor quality.

The restaurant has an area where one can eat at tables, If you plan to show up with a larger group, there is a spacious dining hall. If the weather conditions are right, you can also eat and drink outside, and there's a counter where you can sit and taste. Thesmallestguests can sit in high chairs (please inquire).
