What Robert J likes about Schihütte Seiterhütte:
Our final destination for afternoon ski touring. Staff was very nice and quick. We had little snack small plate salad with our veggie protein stick. For drink espresso, green tea and mineral water. View all feedback.

What Madeleine Blum doesn't like about Schihütte Seiterhütte:
They never brought my son's schnitzel and after all the other had finished our food and waiting for over one hour and claiming the water the food over 5 times, we left. very disappointing. View all feedback.

Attractive and large restaurant with good table service, but my toastie was burnt. Not sure how they allow that to leave the kitchen.

Had the burger and a dumpling soup and everything tasted fresh and homemade. Highly recommend their kitchen.

"An absolutely gorgeous building in the most stunning location we were lucky to get such a beautifully clear day, not a cloud in the sky! The staff were fantastic incredibly friendly and made you feel instantly comfortable. He came and chatted to us...in excellent english (with my shameful lack of skill in german and told us lots about the local area and even brought over puzzles and games. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced, with some fantastic local dishes served. Highly recommend! NB If you are intending to drive, the dirt track up is not for the faint hearted and is quite hard to find (don't rely on google maps it takes you the wrong way coming from Schladming. Head to Mandling and ascend from there Any small cars will probably struggle. However I've read reviews of them coming to pick people up half way down the mountain, which is easy to believe considering how helpful they were! This would be a fantastic place to stop mid-walk, which we intend to do before we leave. Don't miss out if you are in the area"

"This was recommended for good food and it delivered in spades full. Salzburger schnitzel and roast potatoes. And a pan full of potato,ham,vegetables with a fried egg on top. Hearty and wholesome and very filling. Taste before adding salt. Cake for pudding. Mandarin and cream aplenty.yum Could come back again this week hopefully"
