Ordered takeout. My mother in law who is British really enjoyed her bangers and mash. My little one liked her poutine. I had curry chips which were good but they were WAY BETTER when it was Irish times and a salad which was nice. My carrot cake was small but yummy. I think I really was craving the old menu but I would order again from here! Thanks for the nice dinner. View all feedback.
What Alverta Dare doesn't like about Irish Times:
Recently went to Irish Times where we had been numerous times before. It was always good never great but this time my husband ordered the prime rib special the size of beef was ridiculously small and they charged $2 extra for a salad substitute without advising us. I had the steak sandwich which had a piece of beef that resembled a deli slice of roast beef on a bun. When we mentioned to the waitress the lack of beef... View all feedback.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic, the ambiance is wonderful, and the staff is exceptional!
Lovely food and very friendly staff and really good people.
Its fast food no doubt but the pints a great and at an average price. The food is just pub grub but its substantial, priced right and tasty {microwaved possibly.} The owner Michael O'Hara is a decent type and does his best to see you are made welcome, oh and the craic is great on music nights.
The day I went, a Saturday afternoon, there was a birthday party so the place was loud and busy. Service was ok but due to the party, a bit slow. Food was edible and ok but nothing special. I had the Breaded Chicken (Chicken Schnitzel.) I don't recommend it unless you are looking for average taste. Over all my experience was OK but nothing special which was ok as I had a Meeting and it was the wrong time to go.
Was a good watering hole some years gone by. Has gone down hill over the years. No longer frequent. Good hang out for drinking.
