"The food was great. Nice taste on chicken and beef, although the vegetables did not taste very fresh. The amazed soup was delicious. I didn't care about the atmosphere and we sat for 10 minutes before we served. I understand this is a family-run restaurant, and I respect that, but it was unpleasant to eat beside all the children who play on their tablets. If I'm gonna eat here again, I'll probably get out."

"I used to eat Roots all the time when I lived in Charlottesville, VA so I was super excited to see that they opened a location in Columbus. The food was just as delicious as I remember, and I’m so happy that they chose to open a spot in C-bus. The food is fresh and the portion sizes are large. Highly recommend!"

"We were one of eight customers in the entire restaurant (aka, red flag). The hostess wasn’t sure where to sit us in a empty restaurant? I ordered the crab cakes. They were light, fried, and still defrosting in the middle as I bit into the iced cold center lump of meat. The food was mediocre to terrible. We won’t be returning."
