"I ordered baked spaghetti. They brought out ravioli, had to send it back.Service was ok. The last two times that we have went,something was wrong. One was a carry out. They didn't include my baked potato. When I called and asked for a manager, they said there wasn't one there and acted very strange about it."

"I've been going to Effina for years. You have the best food in Jacksonville. When I get out, they're usually my first choice. The menu has many good choices. fresh salads, steaks, pizzas, sandwiches and pasta. They also have daily specialties and fresh seafood entrees that are amazing. You will spend a few more dollars here than in the other restaurants in the city, but not much, and the food is definitely worth it."

"Last time I was in Sonic Friday night about 10:45 service was friendly, but when we got home to eat, we found that our chili cheeseries were hard when they had cooked them 2 or 3 times and then one of our chili cheese hot dogs was missing half the bungalow. I'm not sure why the food was so bad, but that doesn't make me want to eat again."

"One of the better Jack's, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were helpful...The parking lot needs updating reline painting...The way the lot looks and landscaping makes people want to come in...Once in they will want to come back...I've been stopping there for years...
