What sussexspeckledy doesn't like about Brasserie De L'etoile:
A Tuesday evening in high season (last week) and the place was empty. There were 12 of us dining. I ordered the entrecote as did three others and I asked for mine to be well done. This request was ignored and mine arrived, like the others, medium rare. I asked for it to be cooked some more and this was attended to. Very varied, but I loved the Andoile salad. magret, gizzards, foie gras, a real pleasure for a very reasonable price.
Arrivals shortly before the announced closure, still agreed to serve us to eat by specifying that the oven was off for pizza. were served with two delicious and good salads. excellent and fresh desserts. friendly welcome and fast service. quality ratio correct price
