We had a very good milk tea with boba. The boba was nice, fresh, and still warm. The other one we had with brown sugar was ok, but probably won't be one of our favorites.Parking: It has a steep slope for half of the parking spots. View all feedback.

Small and quaint. Ordered a rose milk tea Boba. It was poorly made and overwhelmingly concentrated with rose flavoring. I have called a dozen times and either can't get through or placed on hold indefinitely. Not sure if I'll be back. There are competitors in the area that are better. View all feedback.
Service was nice and the ambiance of the shop is very cute with a lot of decorations and (k-pop? music. I got a mango Yakult and some mozzarella sticks for 12$T...
read morePlace is disgusting. The older guy in back was cooking the mozzarella sticks was sneezing and honestly I didn’t hear any water running.
