"The 3 michelin stars are well deserved ....now where the chef recently died the young sous chef had to take over the kitchen and delivered the tasting menu perfectly .... every dish had a wow effect ...starting just with the bread and homemade butter.... lobster (the best one i ever had), turbot, quail, venison... classic ... old fashioned ... in a old fashioned hotel in the middle of a forrest in the wine region MOSEL in the hunsrueck .... this is only one of 8 german 3 star michelin and so far my favorite of them ....worth a trip... the night in the hotel is only 150 euro incl. breakfast for 2 ...food is 200 euro per person plus wine .... i have to say most of the 2 stars i went didnt delivered - felt mostly flat ....but 3 stars allways deliver in a major way .... a lot of 1 star recently were better as the 2 stars"

"Within 10 months several times tried to order by phone food to pick up and never worked it. Always with the statement it is too much operation. And while Corona often ordered to support, that's what happened. Very bad for customer satisfaction and not recommended. The only restaurant far and wide that goes with customers. Shame"

"No and no! 3 attempts and disappointment every time. The workflows are completely blurred and confused. In the end, no good product can come out. Döner is prepared before the pide begins. Bread not heated. Meat cut 10 minutes before documents.... not kept warm. Fully cold filled and on the grill with to go bag for 10 minutes until the pasture finish. Ordering with 10 minutes waiting time is simply underground. Wait for 30 minutes? The quality is taken from the previous owner."

"Das Restaurant bietet ein "all-you-can-eat" Buffet. Alles, was man von einem asiatischen Restaurant erwartet, kann hier gefunden werden: sushi, Nudeln, Ente, Hähnchen... Rohe Speisen, die man selbst auswählt, werden in der offenen Küche zubereitet, so dass man jederzeit den Vorgang sehen kann. Auch Desserts kommen nicht zu kurz: Kuchen, Eis, Götterspeisen, Früchte... Die Qualität der Speisen ist immer sehr gut. In den Speisesälen gibt es traditionelle Aquarien mit verschiedenen Fischen drin. Eine besondere Attraktion für die Kids ist ein Pool mit Fischen und Schildkröten direkt am Eingang. Insbesondere zu den Stoßzeiten ist eine Reservierung empfehlenswert, denn das Restaurant ist meistens sehr voll."
