I booked at Waterside Lodge and I had a pleasant stay. The room was so affordable and I was surprisingly comfortable . "My friends and I always come here every month to for girls night or birthdays... The food is exceptionally excellent and those jam jars are to die for (though we not happy with the price increase for the jam jars from R55.00, to R65.00 and now they are sitting at R75.00). Nonetheless the staff and patrons have gotten used to our noise by now"

"I ordered a pizza at 17H46 to be delivered to me because I had guests at my place and pizza was gonna be our dinner. The friendly lady who answered the phone told me that they are very busy today (01 Feb 19) and delivery time can take up to 1 hour 30 min and I said it's fine I can wait because I didn't have another plan. I called again at 19H33 which was now 1 hour 45min since I ordered. I was told the driver is on his way. As we wait with my guests for dinner. I called again at 20H27 and the system message said it is now closed and there is no one to answer my call it will be directed to next available manager. It wasn't directed to anyone so I assume there was no available manager. They never called me back any other time to inform me what happened and apologized nothing!!!"
