Today my second time was to visit this place and it's pretty good. You're in my Top 2 TS in my book! I have visited a lot of local and regional in the past and their efficiency and quality is unsurpassed. My Hurricane smoothie and Cajun Shrimp Wrap were made so fast, I couldn't believe it was mine. Customer service was pretty good, the place was spotlessly clean and even had a little more stylish decor than other places I visited. Great parking! Always a bonus! Oh and hell yes, my smoothie was smooth and my pack was filled, fresh and warm!! Yeah, I'm back.

So I visited this store at 8:25 and the girl Sophie was mopping the whole front of the store. I needed to use the restroom and she told me she shut it down already. She then sees how many customers were still coming in at 8:32 and told the girl in the back that after this customer she didn’t have to take any orders if it wasn’t online . She proceeds to continue mopping around us as we stood here I’m just confused and finding it difficult to patronize tropical smoothie locations. This happened flat the Owings mills location and I was mad that I drove all the way there for them to try and shut down 15 mins early. I would like to know where this is stated on the site so that customers aren’t blindsided
