"This small cafe is strategically located at the heart of Pakil. It's adjacent to the church and just across the plaza. You'll be greeted by various art pieces here which reflect the culture of the town. It has an assortment of food choices from pasta to frappe to rice toppings but we only tasted their bestseller, the baby back ribs. It's bony and salty but I cannot be complaining when it's just 99 pesos. Superb value for money."

"One of the most spacious restaurants in Los Baños, Cafe Angelica offers plenty of rice meal and pasta options. They serve fruit beverages and alcoholic drinks, too. The food is delectable (except for the basic smoked bangus pasta and vegetable shawarma) and reasonably priced. Cafe Angelica is located beside the highway, making it accessible and easy to find. It’s also an ideal venue for small gatherings."
