We had “Verdines con pantruque” a local green bean variety cooked with chorizo, black pudding and bacon, they were good. We also ordered “Tortos” a fried cornbread slice. They were a bit oily but tasty. A piece of Cabrales cheese too. Second dish “Cabrito asado” or roasted goat.
