"Heard from someone the restaurant was good but was genuinely disappointed. The restaurant did not meet with the expectations that I had.We ordered Golden Tofu. It lacked any sort of seasoning. Tofu is famously bland, but this restaurant has found a way to make it blander. The only thing that helped was to put Sriracha and then dip it in the peanut sauce to eat it.The Panang Curry was just vegetables in color water. It looked incredible to look at, but it was so watery that we couldn’t even eat it with rice. There was no serving spoon for the curry, so we had to use the tiny spoon. It didn’t make sense to even eat as soup, as the vegetable pieces were too big. The rice quantity was as too little. The Pad Thai was the only dish that was okay. I asked for 3 spicy and got mild. But with Sriracha it was okay. But even the Pad Thai wasn’t a show stopper dish, it was just edible, and wasn’t plate licking good. The hostess was never there, no one to ask us how our meal was. After waiting for 10 minutes for water, we gave up, because obviously no one was going to come around to ask again. They could be very busy inside, but I wish they left a water jug outside for us so that we could at least serve ourselves. Even for the bill at the end, we had to wait at the counter for a few minutes before someone noticed us standing.Overall, if you have another option you should go there. Don’t think will visit again."

"A Flavorful Journey at Clark’s Outpost We recently had the pleasure of dining at Clark’s Outpost and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The star of the show was their Rib Dinner, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The ribs were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. Each bite was a burst of smoky goodness, and I couldn't get enough of them. The seasoning was spot on, and it was evident that a great deal of care went into preparing them. My husband said the Sausage and Pulled Pork Sandwich was a true winner. It was a fantastic combination of flavors. The sausage added a nice kick, while the pulled pork was tender and juicy. This sandwich left him craving for more. The Home Fries were a delightful surprise. They were crispy just as I like them, adding a wonderful texture to the meal. The Creamy Coleslaw was a perfect side dish. It had the right balance of creaminess and tanginess that complemented the savory dishes splendidly. One unique touch that stood out was adding barbecue sauce to the Queso Brisket. It brought a smoky, rich flavor that enhanced the dish. It was a small twist that made a big difference. Last but not least, a special shoutout to our server, Kelly. She was attentive, engaging, and highly informative about the menu. To top it off, she made the best Coconut Crème and Chocolate Crème Pies that rounded off the meal perfectly. Overall, our dining experience at Clark’s Outpost was nothing short of amazing. The flavors, the service, and the atmosphere made it a memorable meal. We can't wait to return for another round of those incredible ribs and delightful desserts. If you're looking for a place that combines great food and top-notch service, Clark’s Outpost is the place to be."
