I would like to commend you on the awesome manager Kevin. He is such a great asset to your store and is a blessing to every customer walking in there. I will return to your restaurant just because of Kevin. He is on the ball and deserves to be rewarded for his excellent customer service.

The place has changed since the last time I was here for the better! The restaurant has been extended to make space for additional tables. The play area has been revamped making this Spur a firm favourite for the little ones. There's good ambience and the service is quite impressive. I was treated with the most rear hospitality by the waitress and Phumlani was willing to listen when I complained about my order which was replaced promptly. I will be coming back for more of this excellent service

I had the most wonderful time,best service and most delicious food ever .. and what I loved the most was that it's that the restaurant is at the second floor it's absolutely relaxing and calm to soul with no disturbance from the shoppers at the mall The manager be checking if you are comfortable with everything and the waiters just so beautifully well presented in everything including the food , it was my best time thank you Spur Silver Falcon team

Had a wonderful time with my partner. The food was delicious. The staff were welcoming, friendly and well mannered. We were served by Praise big ups to him. He was excellent. Will definitely be coming back soon!!!

My daughter and I were at silver falcon spur,maponya mall.we were there just yesterday, enjoyed ourselves, was impressed to see that the play area has been moved indoors and there are now toilet facilities inside the restaurant. The atmosphere, the food and the friendly staff and manager... loved it all will definitely be taking my entire family back there. I also loved the tables near the play area easy to watch the children whilst having a good meal and good conversation. Cutlery and crockery were cleaned well,tables and chairs also spotless not sticky like in some places, no complaints whatsoever Keep it up
