What User likes about Pollo Tropical:
Some misses on my order, but service was quick and the area is clean. Too bad the flan was brought out frozen solid. Cilantro chicken had lots of avocado, but wasn't cilantro-y. View all feedback.

2 times before I ordered online for pickup and got a wrong order. once I have promised a gift card in the post and never got it. tonight I ordered the delivery and never got my food waiting for an hour. my card has already been charged. will see if I actually get a refund this time. avoid ordering this place unless they want to waste their money! what is the point of good tasting eating if they don't really get their food!.
Chicken could be a tad moister but pork was perfect and sides were great.
The kid taking your order at the drive thru said to go park and they will come out to give your food but they never did.
