I'm not sure what's happen with this location but it's gone downhill. The past 4 orders have been cold, greasy and lacking taste. The fact I picked up my husband's order last night and sat at the window for pickup for over 5 minutes with out any kindof acknowledgement while the guy took phone calls and waited on everyone that walked in.
