"I love the food. It's incredible. I order at least 2-3 times a month and have a big family. So our orders are over $100 each time. The biggest question I have is management and policy? Every time I order and remember, I'm often told something else. You say I can't get my military discount with delivery. I understand if that's the standard, but sometimes they make my discount and other times they don't do? It's very frustrating to be a loyal customer, and it's always something else and it's not nice done either. I think tonight will be the last time I give them my money. I'll spend it elsewhere and not every time I call, I'll be given around the run. If a company has a military discount, they must honor it. Choose and choose when to honor it is ridiculous. The delivery is something I literally pay more for and then tap well. It hurts this business more to take it away. The money I save with my discount, I always pay it in a bigger tip than normal. The food is delicious so I can see the annoying price on it bc it is very good. I want to clarify this, but the service is the other part. If I pay at $30 for 1 pizza and $50 for 30 wings, sometimes $200 for 1 dinner, you should be respectful for your customers. If this attitude that I would continue to have been once or twice, I would have ignored it, everyone has a hard day and you never know what someone is going through. But the last four times? The pizza is good, but not so good. Retrain your staff and set a standard and keep it. I've always heard excuses. A restaurant, a better service will keep you open! God bless!"
