I give you 5 stars not to hurt them... but I am a regular customer and on many occasions I touch the very hard meat (empty). I'm about to change for another grill, I choose them because the delivery is fast, but it doesn't really compensate the quality of meat that is very hard... I hope the next time I ask for this has been solved and it has been a coincidence. .. View all feedback.
