"Ordered our food online, paid for it and when it was time to come pick it up we get here and they haven't even made it!!!! Apparently they didn't check their online orders and so on top of waiting 30 minutes here we are waiting a hour for our food to be made and please tell me why it should take a damn hour when we ordered online a hour ago!!!!! We will absolutely NOT be coming back. It should NOT take someone a hour and 30 minutes to get their damn food!!!!! Especially when they ordered online to begin with!!!!!!"
