What Milan Henkel doesn't like about Kochlounge:
We ordered the duck taxi for the 25.12.21. Before: tastefully it was great. That's all you can do from duck. Manko: The delivery of one and a half ducks with supplements was guaranteed, sufficient for three persons. How angry is that? I'm listening to my boss, and of course that goes into your pants. He told me sometime, you don't need to go to the "Kochlounge" is nix dolles. The man was completely out of line, so I missed an absolute gastro pearl for many years. It rarely happens that a restaurant immediately enthuses me. Today it was time again to thank a friend's invitation. The location of the place is rather inconspicuous to not particularly welcoming, located in the middle of a shop line between a few high-rise silos. Inside really crisp, furnished in bistro style. The map offers dishes that I would like to call a German/international with a light mediterrant touch, a little Asian. A remnant meal is offered about every two months when a card change occurs. This includes a surprise 3 courses menu for really cheap 20 €. You choose between fish or meat, which is presented on the plate, you do not know beforehand. So there was fish today, once meat. What was served to us for this dumping price can only be labeled as the first cream, both tasteful and optics. Look at the pictures and let the saliva flow free : . Die Bedienung war nicht sehr freundlich, das Essen entsprach dem Level der Bedienung. Wir werden das Restaurant nicht wieder aufsuchen.
Zunächst wird man etwas schüchtern empfangen. Man kann kaum glauben, dass dann - schließlich kommt der Eindruck der Hochhausburg "PI-Thesdorf" dazu- doch noch ein perfekter Abend daraus wird..... Erst wird ein gurer Wein empfohlen und dann kann man sich kaum entscheiden zwischen den 3 Vorspeisen, 3 Suppen, 3 Fleisch- bzw 3 Fisch-Gerichten sowie drei Nachtischen. Diese Geringheit der Auswahl ist die Stärke des Restaurants: einfach mal ausprobieren - das, was man von neuer deutscher Küche im TV sieht, wird hier geboten. Und wer mal n Kick zum Frühstück möchte, einfach mal was buchen..... (Wassabi mit Kirsch-Salat uvm mit Standards u.a......holla)
