I had placed my order online and thought I was going to make it on time but there was an accident on the way and made it after cold stone closes, luckily I saw some employees still and let them know I had an order but there was an accident and ask if I can still get the order. OUTRAGEOUS. horrible customer service always hiring rude teenagers that catch an attitude for no reason, i asked for two specific flavors and she got it wrong, i politely said i ordered coffee and then she gave me a rude look.
