I was on a tour of the panoramic TRAM organized by the GGT of Turin that included a lunch made by you. All courses were of bad quality including the baked potatoes! I understand that the location can not predict a kitchen but also the food brought already cooked can be of better quality, perhaps choosing dishes easier to eat heated.
