"We went to Kulisse based on Tripadvisor reviews. I have to take issue with the rating of the best bistro in Pirmasens. Perhaps it's changed hands since last rated, but the menu only had pizzas, a couple of spaghetti dishes and a variety of salads. There was an extensive drink menu and it had arrangements for a soccer final to be viewed on the following night. The pizza we had was just average, although the service was very good, fast and friendly. The decor was devoid of tablecloths and couldn't be called anything other than functional. The picture attached to the review doesn't look much like the interior these days, to the extent that we double checked if we were in the same place reviewed. A disappointment because we expected much more."
