"My wife is Japanese and can walk past a restaurant and judge if it is authentic. After 9 days of Italian she was craving Japanese. We loved it! She rated the food 9.5 out of 10 for taste and 8/10 for presentation. The staff were great and really helpful especially as the menu was only in Italian. I loved that it was full and full of locals. Worth going to!"

"La Buca is a very pleasent toscanian restaurant in Pisa. I was here with my mother, 1 day before italian mothers day. She and I had a great time, trying out the local Vermentino white vine which has a distinct aroma and a great taste. The great chickpea soup and pasta with octopus is just the right ingredient for a great evening. The staff is very friendly. Thank you for a great last day in Pisa."
