First of all the positive, the food was really great. Unfortunately, it's not just the food that matters when you visit a restaurant. There were three of us and we hadn't made a reservation, there wasn't much going on and yet out of all the tables on the terrace we were only offered the one without a tablecloth or place setting. After asking, all other tables were actually reserved. We were there for almost two hours and many tables remained empty. In addition, the service felt like it was just incidental. After asking for a wine list and a wine recommendation, we were given the wine list, but there were no excellent wines by the glass, nor was there a recommendation for our dishes from the waitress. The highlight was that the waitress simply didn't come to take a wine order until we had finished the main course. Don't get me wrong, we had a great evening together, but some things can be done better. Food and ambience good. But higher prices also demand good service, which was not there. Dessert menu only upon request, bill only upon request. The staff were no longer interested after the main course. Dishes remained on the table etc. It had little to do with Cypriot hospitality. Nice place with a beautiful view of the bay and quite a good kitchen. Fried calamari is the best I've tried on the island. Friendly staff.
