This restaurant is on the outskirts of Pistoia. The last part is a lovely drive through the olive orchard. The place has a luxurious touch and draws a crowd that appreciates this without being too poche. Food is very surprising and tasty. Do take notice the format is based on 5, 7 or 9 course menus, without the option to choose your exact dish. Wines complement the experience. Service is very friendly and attentive....
