What User likes about Bellacaffe:
A peaceful cute bar. We ate chips and salad with the drinks , All was fresh and good . The prices were low . They do not speak English , but were friendly and we enjoyed the place . We sat outside and used the outlets for charging the phone. The music was monotonic and annoying like any other restaurant in Romania , at least it was not loud View all feedback.
