Covid closed down my regular pizza place, so for the past year I've been trying to find a replacement, which is exhausting. I'm so glad I've finally found this gem. The crust is crispy, chewy, and dusty, just as it's supposed to be. The toppings are fresh and generous and the sauce is tangy and thick. We ordered from Bella Monte earlier this week. The pizza had olives on half the pizza (not the whole like ordered). I usually overlook things like that, but what did it for us was the ricotta cheese on the pizza was soured and rotten. It made the entire pizza completely inedible and we ended up throwing away the whole thing after a few bites. read more.
