What Josh doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
I'm disappointed that the Chick-fil-A nearby often messes up my order. The service is extremely poor, so be sure to check your bags before leaving to avoid having to return for cold food. I rate the food a 3, service a 1, and atmosphere a 3. View all feedback.
The manager and staff at this restaurant are incompetent. They lack basic customer service skills and the manager, in particular, seems to set a poor example for his employees. He fails to properly train them on how to interact with customers. Both the manager and his staff display unprofessional attitudes. I will not return to this restaurant until the manager is replaced.
This Chick-fil-A in Pittsburgh is hands down the worst. Don't count on getting your sauces or anything more than mildly warm.
The french fries were cold and stale, and the chicken nuggets were too salty.
I ordered two random drinks and didn't receive my fruit cup. The cost was very high, but I'll give them two stars for consistently good taste.
The food at this restaurant is always incredible. I ordered the Chick-fil-A Sandwich Meal and it was exactly what I was craving. It arrived hot, just like if I had gotten it in the store.
