Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Pittsburgh

Very dissatisfied with ice cream sea. the young girl there was from the window and cone dripping down the sides. the 3 young girls who worked there were giggling because it slept. it is only 63 degrees outside so it was not due to the weather. dairy should have a queen mature person to run the load in the evening hours.

Had a small twist cone, cone was good but a little pricey !!!

I had a very disappointing experience this time at dairy queen. I came in with a coupon and they didn't accept it and when I mentioned something about it they couldn't validate it even tho it was up to date. Spent forty plus dollars there didn't feel like it was worth it

I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard and the employee flipped it over with the lid still on. The point of the flip to show that the ice cream isn’t soup.. Having the lid on defeats the purpose. I opened the lid and the ice cream was melted and dripped everywhere. This exact interaction has happened several times in the past few months. :

Parking lot is too small. People were nasty to each other at the drive thru.
