This pizza place was a lifesaver for me. When my apartment stove was not working, I ate at this pizza place at least twice a week and never got tired of it. In 2013, I was living in disappointing apartments in Los Angeles, with my car parked below the building. Had a delivery order, extra cheese was almost none at all, and the Philly cheese steak had no cheese at all. Very disappointed.
First time ordering from them. I ordered through the slice app. I placed my order and 90 mins later I still did not have my order delivered. I called the store and was treated with dignity, kindness and respect. They worked with me and realized they made the mistake of delivering to the wrong apartment building side note: it happens OFTEN in my area, especially in the dark). They apologized, remade my order and delivered it immediately. They even gage me a free cookie pizza. Honestly I have NEVER received such great customer service from a pizzeria before. Despite this mishap, I will be ordering from them again. Terrific tasting food, friendly staff and amazing customer service.
Great people great food if you’re one of the complaints just call they’ll always make it right nobody’s perfect.
We always have good food from here. I love the wedgies and the taco pizza. The drivers are always friendly and courteous.
