Best views of the city by far!!!! Cocktails are good. Very limited menu. Skip the food.. just go for the view and a cocktail.

"Tsaocaa is my go to boba shop, I’ve never once been disappointed by the quality or the service. You can get all different types of boba so it really is for everyone.If you like more fruity teas boba, I recommend trying the ‘Dragon Fruit Tea’ or the ‘Iced Blueberry Green Tea’. For more traditional boba you really can’t go wrong with warm or cold ‘Jasmine Milk Green Tea Bubble Tea’.Overall, Tsaocaa has something for every kind of tea lover; highly recommend!"

"I visited Fujiya Ramen with high expectations, but unfortunately my experience fell a bit short. The atmosphere was nice and the service was friendly, but the food didn't quite live up to the hype. The ramen broth was flavorful, but the noodles were slightly overcooked and had no salt at all. We had to ask for salt on the side to be able to eat. The crispy pork was tasty. The pork buns were yummy but cold.The litchi cocktail was amazing, everything else we tried wasn’t worth the money.On the positive side, the appetizers we ordered were quite tasty and all dishes were on the pricey side for the portion sizes. However, given the many ramen options in Pittsburgh, I don't think I'll be rushing back to Fujiya Ramen anytime soon.Parking: Street Parking"

"Great food and bubble teas, big portions! One note, it's geared as a takeout restaurant you can eat in the dining room (we did), but you're served in takeout containers. It's just something to be aware of if you're expecting a normal restaurant plated experience. I'm keeping it on my shortlist next time I'm in town."
