We have purchased this companies products for 2 homes. Subzero and Wolf. Their ice makers are the worst. We have replaced ours once already and the second one now waiting for parts. Service is not good either. Never get ice makers in their over priced refrigerators. You think you are buying a high end product. They are pretty but don't perform. This is just good marketing.
