What Lucy B likes about Subway:
The shop was about to close, I was in the hospital and was was finally able to eat. I called an order in and explained that I would understand if my order couldn't be filled (6 minutes before closing) I told the guy my husband was on his way...anyhow my husband arrived my order was filled and the guy would not accept payment...he generously paid for the order out of his own pocket! What Bedazzelle P doesn't like about Subway:
If this is the Subway in Penn Center its now closed. I am actually happy about it they were never open so its a joke that it says they are open 24 hours on here ... They also had really lazy staff that would put all the food away hours before closing and would give you a dirty look if you tried to order. I hope its replaced with a Quiznos. View all feedback.

The employees and managers deserve a raise for putting up with rude customers all the time just judging by the reviews

"My husband and I have gone here a dozen times or so in the last few years. Never disappointed! We ate in the restaurant tonight.Atmosphere/service: I 'm not sure if it 's a permanent change or because it was a Tuesday night, but they switched to more of a fast food service style. You order and pay for your sushi at the front counter, someone brings it to you in takeout containers, they check on you a couple of times, and then you clear your own table in the trash can before you leave. We didn 't mind one bit and always take home leftovers so it was nice that it was packaged already, but I can see how that might bother some people. The change was clearly posted on at least 3 different signs outside and inside the restaurant.Food: we got crab rangoon, four hand rolls from the regular menu (like $6-7 each) and an order of general tsos with fried rice and an egg roll. Even though we ordered at the counter the food came out so fast and so fresh, definitely less than 10 minutes. It was so hot we had to let it sit a bit before we ate it. Everything was delicious. The general tsos had large pieces of chicken that weren 't all breading. We love fun asian bistro and will keep coming back!"
