Wendy's - Pittsburgh

Just came in to grab a bite before my shift. The service was great! I always have a positive experience when I come, but tonight was particularly awesome. The staff was so friendly! They didn't have what I wanted to order do they comped me with a free frosty. It's the little things like that that make a big difference.

Faster than expected wait, all foods well prepared and warm as appropriate. Exceptional young lady taking orders. I've no complaints, especially odd as I'm not huge on fast food! Just had to have the $5 Big Bag Well worth it!

It's fine. It's a Wendy's, so you gotta just expect that. The fries are usually cold, though. Unlike McDonald's ice cream machine, we've never found their frosty machine out of service, though. Lol.
