I have to say I have the best experience at Wendys... everyone! When I went through my car DIED with a long series of cars behind me. Two men working there came out without a second thought and pushed my car into a parking lot! And then one of them took care of the food for me. AMAZING Customer Service... beyond and beyond! 1st visit I ordered a Caesar salad and was said that they have no salads! 2. Visit I waited in the drive thru for 25 min. with only 2 cars in front of me. Ordered chicken nuggets with extra sauce never get any sauce. Also ordered large frits that were cold. It used to be my place for fast food. It was always better than everyone else. I don't know what's going on, but they're really on the hill. Too bad.
