I was surprised to see this place had an average of only two stars because I've heard good things from other friends. I didn't have any issues with their customer service; however, my friend and I were the only people there (we visited on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch). By far the worst quality of food at any Rachel 's I 've gone to. Maybe we were spoiled at the Buffalo locations but this one in particular needs to make some changes. Uncooked rice, the smallest portions you can serve, the fryer is constantly down , etc. Can 't say that we will be returning to this location, which is a shame because it 's by far the closest. We came out to grab lunch today and apparently they're closed for remodelling. Would have been nice info to have when we checked to see if they're open.
