"Traditional place run by female chef and crew, a few km outside Agnone. The food was excellent, a mix of best local ingredients and expert cuisine. Best local wines also available (try for example the Tintilia Salvatore). A great experience that one does not forget for years. Brave! The price was really moderate, even by local standards. Looking forward to coming back warmly reccomended to anyone within one hour drive from the place."

"Discovered by chance on the road from the centre of Roccaraso to Pietransieri, Immacolata Ranch is a restaurant just open. What is surprising is the immensity of the spaces: a large garden, covered in snow at this time, and a large interior room with a majestic fireplace. I was there in a party and the restaurant, although full, was not chaotic in fact the Christmas atmosphere, the warmth of the fireplace and the good food made the lunch really special. The appetizers are typical of the mountain with polenta, sliced and cheese, vegetables and truffles. My choice for the first fell on the noodles with mushrooms and truffles that were really good; and also the seconds to the slab were excellent. There is a small room with television for the little ones."
