What JR 712 doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
To not use Touchless option for delivery. Driver used it as an excuse for someone stealing my food. I was by my window the entire time and I have a Ring doorbell. The driver never came. They ended up remaking my order and I picked it up instead. No picture of it being placed at the door like Door dash, no accountability for delivery drivers. View all feedback.
