Mourelatos Cable Car - Placer County

What battleborn likes about Mourelatos Cable Car:
This is a small shop with fairly limited parking around the back of the shop, but its Lake Tahoe parking is always limited. The grass seating area provided shade and chill area to enjoy our sweet treats. All of the staff were very friendly, the priceswere fair, portions were decent size and the ice cream was delicious. What Thomas Casavant doesn't like about Mourelatos Cable Car:
Worst excuse for an ice cream shop ever. Very expensive and horrible dish preparation. The person making my half chocolate half vanilla sundae was reading a recipe. Instead of marshmallow sauce she substituted dry stale marshmallows. There was supposed tobe hot fudge sauce? nada. $12.75 for this ?sundae? in a small round paper cup.
