I went through the drive thru. They didn't put the lid on my coffee so scalding hot coffee spilled down my hand when it was handed off to me. After the third time being there and them not getting anything right and burning me, Never again. 5 years later I did it again. And I asked for a black coffee so when I get it with cream and sweetener I know you can't do anything right. View all feedback.
