Hotbox Pizza - Plainfield

I've been coming into this hot box for about two three years with my best friend and in this time we've met Brandon a little, he always makes sure "Hi!!! and that we have a great experience and delicious food! Today the pizza and breadsticks were AMAZING! And he and Arryn took care of us! I hope we will continue to be (crazed), smiling face for two to three more years!

Excellent customer service from Brandon. He always remembers me AND my girlfriends order every time we call and is super personable. Hands down our favorite pizza place in Plainfield!

Had a blast eating here. The food was not only some of the best pizza I've ever had, but the staff and service were out of this world. We ordered two of their specialty pizzas which were the ballsagna and the party fowl. Both were incredibly good pizzas. We came in to pick up our order and decided to get their special edition cups and the employee only charged us for 1 of the 2 of them. When we got back to the hotel, we noticed they also threw in an entire extra order of bread sticks on the house. The restaurant itself was cozy and felt like a small hometown pizza joint, not some large pizza chain. It's such a great place and I couldn't recommend them enough.

I have to commend Store Manager Brandon for his outstanding customer service! I ordered a pizza close to closing time, and he was incredibly friendly while delivering my order to my training shop, even though he was short on time himself. It was so refreshing to encounter someone who truly takes pride in their work and provides exceptional hospitality. I live 25 minutes away, but I'll be making the trip to this location from now on solely because of the amazing service I received. As a fellow business manager, I applaud you, Brandon, for the phenomenal job you do!
