I come here at least a few times a week and I love the mother and daughter Duo, the 2nd shift work! You make the best drinks! Most other employees get my coffee wrong, although I tell them exactly how I want it. When I told her it was a mistake because I didn't ask for sugar in my ice cream coffee, she told me there was no sugar. I had to wait to ask someone to drink my drink again. Very nasty customer service experience. I ordered a croissant sausage with cheese. I asked for something paralyzed and the employee reacted with the proverb? Do you want some jelly? and was extremely rude and unprofessional. The employee must learn how to address customers with respect. View all feedback.
