I drive out of my way from Old Bethpage for their succulent Palermo wrap. Pizza is delicious crunch is solid, sauce is well balanced. What really impressed me was the reaction on my wife's face on how beautifully chopped her salad with grilled chickenwas. Like, the cook went out of his way good. I was sold. The food is fantastic however the front counter service has been really bad lately. Last time I called, I got hung up on accidentally twice. Then when I went to pick up my food, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for half my order despite it being literally right on the counter... why?
