Absolutely scammed at this dreadful location. The kid who scooped my rice for my bowl only did ONE scoop. I never have seen this before as the one in another location always does like 2 or 3. Bowl was only partially full. The $12 meal should have just been about a $3 meal. Manager I called said to call her back when she got unbusy. Never could reach that woman that night.
