What Nam N doesn't like about Gong Cha Plano:
Customer service is absolute trash, the guy who took my order didn 't greet or make an effort to helping us but not only that the he treated the customer after like they 're d for asking if they had an item on the menu saying does it look like we have it View all feedback. What A R likes about Gong Cha Plano:
Nice place to sit and have a milk tea or other nicely presented sweet beverage. Not a lot of seating, but there are comfortable furniture options. When I went, there was only one bathroom open and there wasn't any changing station for babies. View all feedback.
