Been to the Plano Central 75 location 4 5 times this year. Always the same story newbie at the register who is not ready to be alone at the register, have to repeat my order 2 3 times; they always have inferior customer service; none of the other Panera locations in the area have these problems; wish they would finally get a good manager at this place, but I'm never going back again.
