I ordered a veggie pizza from Papa Johns Online and after three minutes I got a notification that the pizza was ready, which was surprising, but once I picked it up, I noticed that it was cold as if it was sitting there before my order. Although I appreciate customer service and have made good experiences in the past, I did not cost it this time, and I hope management can work to make fresh pizzas in the future. View all feedback.
